How to invite your contacts to ATM using My Invitations

As an exhibitor you have the opportunity to invite current or potential customers to the event. You can do this by logging into the exhibitor portal and clicking on ‘exhibitor badging’ under the services section. From here you can then select ‘My Invitations’. You can either invite your customers one by one or you can do a bulk upload of contacts via an excel spreadsheet.

Once your clients’ contact details have been uploaded you can then send a personalised email to them. You’ll also be able to see the status of each contact and whether they have registered to attend the event. By using this quick and easy function, you are not only able to invite your clients and track their registration but you will also ensure that your clients know you will be present at the event.
