Hyatt Luxury Insights Session

ILTM’s Portfolio Director, Alison Gilmore was invited to a panel talk hosted by Hyatt to discuss the impact of COVID-19 on the luxury travel landscape. Making up the panel was Matthew Upchurch, Chairman and CEO of Virtuoso, Jack Horne, the Global Head of Sales and Revenue for Hyatt Hotels and Resorts, and lastly was the host, Tristan Dowell, the Global Vice President of Hyatt Hotels Corporation.
