Tourism Talent for the Future

At a time of unprecedented job loss and challenges for the industry, it is critical that we remain focussed on attracting and nurturing talent to ensure that our sector can rebuild and restart with the right skills and people and remain a career of choice.

This session will explore how the future skills requirements of the workplace might change, what we need to do to continue to attract and retain staff, how travel and tourism staff can use their transferable skills to find work until the industry comes back and how we can keep those people looking outside of the sector engaged and ready to return.
